Our solution...
Take one new toy a month, one for every month of the year, put them all in one small, unassuming box and deliver it directly to the location of your choice.
So, we set out to create a collection of boxes that appeal to women, men, couples and friends. We have a few boxes for those special interest groups out there as well. Each box is filled with a variety of toys to enjoy, 15 to be exact. Each box has something or possibly many things that set it apart from the others. We encourage you to read through the descriptions. You wouldn't want to miss anything.
What Shebang Box is not?
Shebang Box is NOT a subscription service. You will NOT receive more than the number of boxes YOU order. One order, one box. No tricks, no gimmicks.
Can I return or exchange Shebang Box?
We take the health and welfare of our customers seriously at Shebang Box. Given that our products are intended to be used in an intimate manner where bodily fluids are expected to be exchanged, we are unable to return or exchange products unless they are defective. No refunds.
Once these items leave our store, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. For everyone's protection all sales are final.
How about shipping?
Shebang Boxes ship free at no additional cost to you. We do charge a small $5 handling fee. Shebang Box only ships to US addresses. We will NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico as costs are quite prohibitive. Our apologies for this inconvenience.
Shebang Box Dimensions (L 16" x W 12" x H 7")
We ship our products in a small plain brown box through UPS Ground. Smaller shipments may be delivered buy the USPS in USPS Flat Rate boxes. Shebang Boxes ship within 2 days of successful transaction completion between you and our bank. Packages typically arrive 5-7 days later. Your satisfaction is very important to us, we thank you for your patience.
Important Information
Our toys are delivered to you as we received them from the manufacturer. Due to the material of some toys they are packaged in oils or powders to protect them. You will want to consult the packaging before use and following the recommended cleaning instructions.
We recommend cleaning and replacing the batteries where provided before you get started.
What do you do with the information that you collect from me when I purchase a product?
We DO NOT store your credit card information. We DO NOT sell or distribute any information in any form to 3rd parties.
Why do you need my email address?
Your email address is used only to communicate with you directly and efficiently. It will be used to let you know that your order has been processed and your product(s) have been shipped. You can remove yourself permanently from the email list at any time, simply contact us. If you join our email newsletters, we'll notify you when run a special promotion and offer even bigger incentives. We will not mail you more than 1 time per month.
How do you make sure my credit card information is secure?
We use qualified and secure vendors for our platform and transactions. We are supported by both Shopify and Authorize.Net.
